• How much does a telehealth consultation cost?

  At BridgePoint Allied Care we understand there will not be any manual therapy used for treatment as it is conducted via video chat on your phone or computer. You will however still receive the premium physiotherapy, care and expertise of our physiotherapist from $55 for your initial appointment and $50 for your follow up appointment.

• What should you expect during a Telehealth Physiotherapy Consultation?

  Before your telehealth appointment commences you will be asked provide any referral, investigation reports or scan findings that our Physiotherapists will examine. The telehealth consultation will begin with a thorough Subjective assessment going through your presentation to narrow down the diagnosis.

  An objective assessment will be conducted using clear instructions through video chat which will further help narrow any primary diagnosis and differential diagnosis.

  You will be taken through a thorough education of your diagnosis, prognosis, home exercise program and self-management strategies to help overcome your injury/symptoms. Our easily accessible home exercise program is given with video tutorials which will include the repetition and frequency of your exercises.

• How do I pay for the Telehealth Appointment?

  You can make secured payments online through Stripe. At the end of your online booking you will be asked to either pay now or later.

  If you choose to pay now you will simply enter your credit card details. Alternatively, if you choose to pay later an invoice will be emailed prior to your appointment with a payment link.

  With the pay later option Credit Card payments, Google Pay and Apple Pay are accepted.
