Do I need a referral to see an Allied Health Staff?
No. All patients can be seen by our Allied Health Staff privately or with a doctor's referral. Speak with your treating GP regarding Enhanced Primary Care plan referrals.
How much do Private Sessions cost?
- We BULK BILL all Medicare referred patients through your GP under the enhanced primary care plan. This bulk billing service is only available at our West Pennant Hills, Pendle Hill and Carlingford Clinic. At Beecroft there will be a $20 gap fee.
- Private sessions are $95. The gap payment after claiming will differ with respect to your Health Insurance provider.
- All Telehealth appointments through Medicare for patients referred through your GP under the enhanced primary care plan will be bulk billed. Private telehealth consults will be $55.
What is the cancellation Policy?
If you cancel or re-book your appointment with:
- More than 24 hours notice, there is no charge to you. However, a few days’ notice would be great so that we can fill your spot.
- Less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the consult fee which reflects the cost of an unfilled appointment

What do I need to bring to my Physiotherapy appointment?
Please remember to bring any relevant medical documentation, such as referral letters, imaging reports, or previous treatment records, to your appointment. Additionally, wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement, especially if you are attending a physiotherapy or exercise physiology session.

With your consent, your therapist may communicate with your healthcare providers to share important information about your condition, treatment plan, and progress.
